ZINE PUBLISHER CULLEN CARTER IN COMA: after a horrific cycling accident, well-known zine publisher (My Moon and More, The Secret Life of Snakes) and former The Whirligig contributor Cullen Carter was seriously injured in a cycling accident on 4/1/03 and is in a coma at the Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee - A Cullen Carter Benefit Fund has been established for donations to help his family and pay for the medical bills - if you want to help, please visit here - anything you can do to spread the word or contribute is greatly appreciated.
